Pre-Order Policy

Many OOAK Supply products are released as limited-run pre-orders.

By placing a pre-order, you understand and agree that:

  • Production begins after the pre-order period closes.

  • Estimated ship dates are provided as a guide and may change.

  • Delays may occur due to manufacturing, supply chain issues, shipping carriers, weather, or circumstances outside of our control.

  • Your payment is collected at the time your order is placed.

  • Pre-order items cannot be canceled once production has started.

  • If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your entire order may be held until all items are ready to ship.

  • All pre-order sales are subject to our Refund Policy.

We will always do our best to communicate any significant delays and keep customers informed throughout the process.
